Set up for families with a high chair, pack-n-play, toys, games, books and sleds. Located in a quiet part of Frisco. The beautiful complex features a big clubhouse with indoor pool, 4 hot tubs, sauna, business center with desks, patio seating and washers and dryers. Volleyball, outdoor community grill and picnic area located in the extensive grounds. Unit has a sunny deck that looks out at the mountains and open space. Located in a quiet part of Frisco near hiking trails and the Summit County Rec Path. Fully-equipped kitchen with a special fondue set for 8. Kitchen counters are large and have a lot of meal preparation space. Dining Room table for 4, kitchen bar seats 3. The living room features gas fireplace, large flatscreen and free cable. Free WiFi throughout the unit. Luggage racks for suitcases.

Only 7 minutes to Copper, 15 minutes to Breckenridge, 20 minutes to Keystone, Arapahoe Basin or Loveland, 30 minutes to Vail. In the winter Frisco has an Adventure Park and Nordic Center for tubing, cross country skiing and sleigh rides. Summer activities include numerous Main Street and Pavilion festivals, biking on the Summit County Recreation Path which is nearby, hiking or mountain biking trails at the Peninsula or Rainbow Lake and Mount Royal areas. The Frisco Marina and Lake Dillon waterfront are an easy walk, bike or drive. The marina has SUP, kayak and canoe rental as well as sailing and motor boats.   The place is great for 6 people who are trying to stay close to ski resorts. The issues we had was that the toilet flush mechanism was broken, requiring us to manually grab the flapper to flush the toilet. I called the office and they were able to fix it the next day. The hot water didn't work on the first day, as the pilot was out. We were able to get hot water working on the second day. Lastly, the grill had gas, but the grill was very dirty and did not produce much heat. This was disappointing as we wanted to grill but were unable to use it at all. Other than those few issues this place does the job and has great parking and amenities.
