Property Description
Pet friendly Timberline Condo 35 is a spacious, comfortable, unit on Marina Park. Simply furnished 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo sleeps 6. Top floor unit with soaring mountain and summer lake views. Just across the street are paved walking trails that are open year-round and direct lakeshore access. Vaulted ceilings, comfortable seating, flatscreen and wood fireplace in living room. Free WiFi and cable. Fully equipped kitchen has lots of meal preparation space. Dining room seats 6, kitchen bar seats 3, patio table seats 4. Unit has a funky jetted sunken tub in the main bath as well as a shower. Large private covered deck can be used year-round. Full size washer and dryer in unit for convenience. Please Note: A $300 Pet Deposit is taken upon Arrival and is refunded if no damage is found after check-out inspection.

Bedding is triple sheeted with professionally laundered linen.

Parking
1 assigned parking spot by permit only. 1 additional unassigned spot by permit only (first come, first served).

Location
In the winter it's just 7 minutes to Keystone, 15 minutes to Copper Mountain, Arapahoe Basin or Loveland, 20 minutes to Breckenridge and 30 minutes to Vail. Dillon's paved rec path is plowed in the winter for year-round use. Great for walking the dog. Walk the entire lakefront and visit Dillon's sculptures. Enjoy the Dillon Lake Loops which are flat, groomed trails for hiking, cross country skiing, fat tire biking and snowshoeing on frozen Lake Dillon.

Walk to restaurants, brewpub, nightlife, bowling, music/vinyl store. In the summer walk to Dillon Marina for boat, sailboat, kayak, SUP rentals and lakeside Tiki Bar. Listen to the concerts at the Dillon Amphitheater from the deck or walk across the street to join the party.

Less than a 5 minute drive to all services: City Market, REI, coffee, snowsport rentals, shops. On the Summit County Recreation Path that stretches from Keystone to Copper Mountain offering over 55 miles of paved biking and walking paths. Less than 5 minutes to the Silverthorne Outlets.

  The location of this rental was perfect - close to the local ski resorts, making it easy to get to and from the mountain! Plenty of grocery stores, restaurants and shopping locations nearby, too. The view of the mountains over Dillon Lake was BEAUTIFUL!! The rental had two bathrooms, one of which had a unique showering experience and the other with an open plan with the vanity/sink located in the bedroom, creating some challenges getting ready if there were others sleeping in the room at the time. Kitchen was equipped with all utensils and items needed. The only recommendation I would have to improve future experiences for other guests are 1) have ziplock baggies available for packing lunches/snacks - this was one item that we didn’t account for and it would’ve been a blessing to have them on hand! 2) black out curtains in the bedrooms - adjusting to a time zone and traveling with young children poses challenges getting to sleep and there was significant light from the outdoor lights that shined through the blinds and 3) adding a small humidifier to each bedroom! The air was very dry which left us with bloody noses and sore throats! Overall, our stay was great!!

  My family and I had a wonderful time in Dillion and at the condo. The location is amazing, the view is absolutely gorgeous. The condo had everything we needed. The family enjoyed the games provided, and the piano. The beds were comfortable. The only thing complaint is I wished it was a pet free condo. Previous guest that have stayed that had pets peed on the carpets and there is a pee smell. Other than that pretty satisfied! Also I recommend if your not from this area and you plan on staying a week or less rent an oxygen tank. My whole family had a hard time doing activities due to acclimatizing... The last day we were there we felt great than had to come home!

    Yes, this is a pet-friendly unit, and it is advertised as such. We did have the carpet cleaned before your stay. You do need a prescription to get an oxygen tank! We hope you enjoyed your stay.

  Overall we had a good stay at this condo. The views off the balcony are beautiful overlooking the Dillon Reservoir with mountains in the distance. I'd say that's easily the best thing about this condo. We didn't recognize the interior from the photo online as it shows light and airy rooms. They aren't that way at all. The interior is very dark, the carpeting is old and tired, the furniture dated. It's in need of an overall update. it was clean and the kitchen setup was adequate.

  Timberline 35 is a great unit, nicely furnished, even has a good digital keyboard and guitar (loved that) and is dog friendly! Would always love to stay in this unit on our many trips to Dillon. Lake front,third floor gorgeous view - can't eat it.

  The condo was nice as always, but the twin bed mattresses need to be refitted on the grills. The metal grill ends on the sides stick out and someone will injure their shins running into them.

  Once again the stunning view was enjoyed by all of our party. The kitchen was stocked with all we required; we only ate one meal out during our 4 night stay. The convenience of having the exit stairwell on the grassy area side was great for walking my 5 lb Yorkie. She also liked watching the activity from the balcony. Great to be able to enjoy the trails just outside the unit too.

  I want to thank Summit Resort Group, and especially Nicole S. for all your help in making our time out here a fantastic one!! Unit 35 is amazing! Our daughter’s wedding took place by the amphitheater on the point by a statue, which provided an amazing background for the wedding. We are already talking about maybe a gathering a year from now out here and if that happens staying in unit 35 will defiantly be a priority.
