Property Description
Timberline 14 is a huge 2 bedroom, 2 bath ground floor condo on Lake Dillon and Marina Park with mountain and lake views. Sleeps 6. Spacious and comfortable. On the Summit County Recreation/Bike Path with easy lake-shore access and over 55 miles of paved paths to explore. Jetted tub in unit for relaxing after a day of outdoor recreation. Living room features a gas fireplace and flatscreen. Free WiFi and cable. Dining room seats 6. Large private deck with two lounge chairs, 3 folding chairs and a deck table that seats 4. Full size washer and dryer for convenience. In the summer from June - September, listen to the concerts at the Dillon Amphitheater from your deck.

Bedding is triple sheeted with professionally laundered linen.
~ King, flatscreen in master. Hall bath with double sinks, jetted tub and shower.
~ Queen, private bath in 2nd bedroom

The Marina Park walking paths are just out the door and available for year-round access to the lakeshore. Centrally located to City Market, REI, coffee, snowsport rentals, sporting goods, restaurants, brewpubs, nightlife, marina, bowling, cinema and parks. The Silverthorne Outlets are less than a 5 minute drive. Walk to the Dillon Marina for boat, kayak and SUP rentals. In the winter it's just 5 minutes to Keystone, 15 minutes to Arapahoe Basin, Copper Mountain or Loveland, 20 minutes to Breckenridge and 30 minutes to Vail.

    Very much enjoyed our stay in #14! Plenty of room inside, beautiful views with a great deck to enjoy them from outside, easy access to walking trails around the lake. Cozy fireplace in the living room, comfy beds, and everything appeared to be very clean. There were games and puzzles available and a nice large dining table for us to gather around. Kitchen was clean, used the coffee maker DAILY and found what we needed to make our dinners there, and even used the outdoor grill. Really nice family stay.

    Wow what a view this place has. Couldn’t ask for a better location and the rental company was easy to work with . Only thing that was annoying was you could hear every word someone said in the parking lot at 6am from the master bedroom. Other than that the place was great. May recommend bringing your own toilet paper and pillows if you don’t like single ply tp. The place was clean and had several places to sleep . Perfect walking distance to the marina !! Morning and night views on the large patio were A fan favorite.

    Great location and overall great stay. Would have been nice to have a fan or two. It got pretty hot in the afternoons. Also this was our 1st rental to not have any coffee so had to go to the store as soon as we got there for the next morning.
