Property Description
Timberline 13 is a pet friendly unit on Lake Dillon, Marina Park and the Recreation Path. Next to the Dillon Amphitheater for shows from June through September. The summer Farmers Market is every Friday. Very spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo. Sleeps 6. The Marina Park walking paths are just across the street for pet exercise. Large private fenced patio. Living room features a wood fireplace and flatscreen. Dining table seats 6 and kitchen bar seats 3. Free WiFi and cable. Washer and dryer in unit for convenience. Please Note: A $300 Pet Deposit is taken on Arrival and is refunded if no damage is found after check-out inspection.

On Lake Dillon and the Summit County Recreation/Bike Path with direct lake-shore access. Centrally located to supermarket, REI, coffee, snowsport rentals, sporting goods, restaurants, brewpubs, nightlife, marina, bowling, cinema and parks. The Silverthorne Outlets are less than 5 minutes away. Walk to the Dillon Marina for boat, kayak and SUP rentals. In the summer, listen to the concerts at the Dillon Amphitheater from your deck or stroll across the street to join in the dancing. In winter it's just 5 minutes to Keystone, 15 minutes to Arapahoe Basin or Copper Mountain, 20 minutes to Breckenridge, 30 minutes to Vail.

    10/2020. We've stayed in four separate Summit Resort Group-managed condos in Dillon over the past two years. This was a decent unit (Timberline 13), but really needs a deep clean, some updating and paint work. We assumed since this was a dog friendly unit that the maintenance had been a little weak. Newer carpeting, but had multiple spots and furniture had dog hair and some funky smells. The kitchen, bathrooms and furniture are quite dated. The excellent view and ease of walking dogs make this a decent unit.

    We live in Metro area and wanted to get out of the city and smoke for a few days. 13 Timberline was perfect.Great location...pet friendly....ground floor for no stairs and a fenced these Covid days a full kitchen and grill for home cooking!!
