Red Hawk Home is a BIG 5 bedroom, 4 bath home with a comfy vibe and lots of space to spread out. Private, outdoor hot tub on lower patio. Sleeps 12 people! Wonderful property for reunions or sports teams and a great place to celebrate any occasion. Nestled between an aspen grove and pine trees with fantastic mountain views of the Gore Range. Located in Silverthorne in the Eagles Nest subdivision. Its features include an 8-person outdoor hot tub, 2 living areas, a 3-car heated garage, game room with foosball and ping pong, free WiFi and 2 smart flatscreens for streaming. The dining room is made for gatherings with a table for 8 and 2 extra chairs to squeeze in. Childs booster seat for toddlers and pack-n-play in hall closet. The great room has vaulted ceilings, beautiful windows, gas fireplace and large flatscreen. Large kitchen with double ovens and a kitchen bar that seats 4. There is a den with 4 person game table, games, puzzles, queen sofabed and printer. Large deck with gas grill and log furniture that seats 5. The downstairs family room has a large flatscreen. Game room has foosball, putter ball, ping pong and arcade game. Washer, dryer located near bedrooms on the upper floor. Very near the renowned Raven Golf Course and Silverthorne's North Pond Park for free ice skating or summer fishing. Minutes to the Silverthorne Recreation Center, Silverthorne Pavilion and Performing Arts Center, shops and restaurants.

Location
This home is in a more secluded area of Silverthorne. In the winter it's 20 minutes to Keystone Resort, 25 minutes to Arapahoe Basin, Copper Mountain or Loveland, 30 minutes to Breckenridge and 40 minutes to Vail. Nearby there is free ice skating at North Pond Park, free tubing/sledding hills at Rainbow or Maryland Creek parks and it's just minutes to the Silverthorne Factory Outlets. It is at least a 5-15 minute drive to all activities, restaurants, nightlife, coffee, ski/board rental and shops. It is a quiet neighborhood with nearby forest trails.

In the summer the Raven 18 hole golf course and full service pro shop are just 5 minutes away. It's only 10 minutes to the Silverthorne Pavilion for weddings or the Silverthorne Performing Arts Center for theater, improv comedy, jazz and kids programs. Cyclists can ride out Golden Eagle road and get on the bike path near North Pond Park to connect to the 55 miles of Summit County Rec Path. The Blue River for fly fishing is near to North Pond Park. Fishing lessons are available at Cutthroat Anglers next to the Silverthorne Pavilion and the Blue River Trail. It's about a 15 minute drive to the Dillon Amphitheater for concerts June through September and the Dillon Marina has boat, sailboat, kayak and SUP rentals.

We had 10 30 year olds stay at this house for 3 nights and it could not have been better. Plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen provides everything you need to cook meals for the whole group. Plenty of games to play - ping pong, golden tee, putt putt, board games. Hot tub was perfect for unwinding. Garage has plenty of space for ski gear.
