Property Description
Beautiful Marina Place 114 is a spacious first-floor 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo. Sleeps 6. Tandem covered parking for 2 vehicles. Near clubhouse with pool, hot tub, sauna. Comfortable living room features a flatscreen and gas fireplace. Free WiFi and cable. Fully equipped kitchen with slab granite counters, all appliances and lots of meal preparation space. Dining room seats 5, dining bar seats 2. Deck has narrow views to the Lake and Tenderfoot Mountain. Gas grill on deck is available until September 15, 2025. Entryway boot and coat racks provide spaces for organizing your gear. Clubhouse has pool, hot tub and sauna. Two additional hot tubs are located in the clubhouse between Buildings 3, 4. Coin-op washers and dryers on lower level.

Parking
2 vehicles may be parked in tandem (1 behind the other) in the assigned covered parking around the back of Building 1. Unit number is above the space.

Location
Easy access from I-70. In the winter it's just 7 minutes to Keystone Resort, 15 minutes to Copper Mountain, Arapahoe Basin or Loveland, 25 minutes to Breckenridge and 30 minutes to Vail. Walk to restaurants, brewpub, bars, nightlife, music/vinyl store, bowling. Enjoy the Dillon Lake Loops which are flat, groomed trails for hiking, cross country skiing, fat tire biking and snowshoeing on frozen Lake Dillon.

In the summer it's an easy walk to the Dillon Amphitheater for concerts from June through September and the Friday Farmers Market. The unit is located just above the Dillon Marina and summer Tiki Bar. Walk down the Marina stairs to rent pontoons, sailboats, kayaks and SUPS. Town Park is just down the street with playground, tennis, lawn, bocce and basketball. The free Summit Stage bus stop is across the street and provides access to all towns and resorts.

Marina Place is on the Summit County Recreation Path with over 55 miles of paved trails. The Dillon part of the path is plowed in the winter for walking along the lake and viewing the many sculptures. Minutes to City Market, REI, coffee, sporting goods stores, snowsport rentals and the Silverthorne Outlets.

  This condo was perfect. If you're going to the ampitheare this is a no-brainer. The front gate is about a 5 minute walk. The unit was clean and perfect. Well stocked. Everything worked perfectly. Check-in/out was simple. Simply perfect.

  We stayed here with 5 adults for a long ski weekend. Great access to the local ski areas, close to restaurants. Covered parking for 1 larger or 2 small vehicles. Easy key pickup and quick response on after hour phone number. The hot tub was almost directly below this unit so no walking in the snow! Clean, comfortable, well-stocked. Lots of towels. Not much of a view but we didn't spend a lot of time in the unit so not important to us. Great stay!

  The location was as advertised with no unpeasant surprises. It would be helpful to know the address before picking up the key. The parking is a little narrow for a large vehicle and one sink drained slowly, but it was perfect for us otherwise.

  We have stayed at several places in summit county. Loved the location, very easy access to keystone, convenient to city market for groceries. Plenty of room for 6 adults. The kitchen was acceptably stocked with what we needed to cook. Loved the proximity to pool / spa area! After hours check-in and check-out were easy and vital due to storms. I think there are 2 opportunities for improvement: 1) The dining table only has 5 chairs but the place can sleep 7. It would be great to have a couple folding chairs in a closet to add seating. 2) There is a note above the sink about elevated lead levels in Dillon. I wish I had known in advance because I would have brought a water filter or bottled water. This would have been preferrable to having to get water at the grocery store especially since they were completely sold out due to missing shipments from the pass closing. Even better would be a filter in the condo.
