Property Description
Lake Dillon Condominiums 303 is a top floor unit with vaulted ceilings and amazing mountain and lake views. This very spacious 2 bedroom, 3 bath is filled with floor-to-ceiling windows. Sleeps 6. The complex elevator makes it easy to bring in your bags, gear and groceries. Exposed beams have a great mountain feel. Fully equipped kitchen with granite tile and lots of counter space. Dining bar seats 4. Dining table seats 8. Enjoy the 60 inch flatscreen in the living room. Additional seating area for reading or conversations. Gas fireplace provides cozy warmth. Large deck with patio furniture that seats 8. Lake and lodge decor. Free private WiFi and cable. Three full baths.

Bedding is triple sheeted with professionally laundered linen.
~ King, Twin Daybed, private bath with double sinks, flatscreen, ceiling fan in master.
~ 2 Queens, private bath with double sinks, flatscreen, ceiling fan in 2nd bedroom.
~ Queen Sofabed in living room with access to full hall bath.

Parking
2 unassigned parking spots in the surface lot. Parking by Permit Only and provided at check-in. Hang from rear-view mirror.

Amenities
Complex has elevator, salt water hot tub, gathering room, pool table, coin-op washers and dryers and shared gas grills. Located on a park with direct access to Lake Dillon. Community grills are located on the ground floor and must be pulled away from building and placed next to grass before usage. Grills must be attended to at all times when in use.

Location
Great central location with easy access to I-70. In the winter it's just 7 minutes to Keystone Resort, 15 minutes to Copper Mountain, Arapahoe Basin or Loveland, 25 minutes to Breckenridge and 30 minutes to Vail. Walk to restaurants, brewpub, bars, nightlife, music/vinyl store, bowling. Enjoy the Dillon Lake Loops which are flat, groomed trails for hiking, cross country skiing, fat tire biking and snowshoeing on frozen Lake Dillon.

Less than 5 minutes to supermarket, REI, sporting goods, ski/board rental and the Silverthorne Factory Outlets. Free Summit Stage bus service is 2 blocks up the street and goes to all towns, resorts and the outlets.

In the summer walk to the farmers market, summer concerts and marina. Listen to the music at the Dillon Amphitheater from your deck. Next to Marina Park, and near the Dillon Amphitheater and Dillon Marina. On the Summit County Recreation Path which is also plowed in the winter for lakefront walking.

  Ski vacation with family friends – the accommodations were great. We had everything we needed to be comfortable and happy. The extra full bath in the hallway made it perfect. The kids could go to bed and not be disturbed while the adults stayed up later or got up earlier. Check in and check out we’re very easy, and we appreciated that aspect.

  I have stayed at this unit for more than 5 years. Overall, the unit is satisfactory, but the screen door to patio needs to be fixed as it lets bugs in. The ovens are ok, but need more oven gloves to remove food. The stove top is good, but sometimes the back burners don't work. Also, the fans in the bedrooms were not dusted (had dust bunnies), so I obtained a swiffer duster to clean the fans before I would turn them on.

  We have stayed in this condo complex years and years ago. It's my favorite place to stay when vacationing in Summit County. This condo was great. 2 Big bedrooms with connecting bathrooms (each with 2 sinks) and another half bath. The kitchen and large living area was great. The best tho, was the huge deck with incredible views of Lake Dillon. Can't beat that. I will absolutely ask for this condo in future visits.

  Condo was clean and very comfortable. You could not have a more beautiful view than from the condo deck. My only suggestion would be to add a portable A/C unit as the condo was very hot even with the ceiling fans in the bedrooms ( none in the main living room) and the extra 2 fans.   Can't beat the view or the location. This is an older unit but has been updated. The refrigerator (very noisy) and stacked ovens (one door does not close completely) need to be replaced. Otherwise, furnishings are fine. Rec room with hot tub and pool table are nice extras.

  Loved the view from the living room and patio. Felt that security was weak, as there was only one lock on each door. We could not use the top lock when we left the house. Also the blow dryer needs to be replaced as it is unsafe.

  We have stayed many times at Lake Dillon Condos #303 for a yearly family reunion. This year was wonderful, as usual. With a new dish washer and two new mattresses, it was in better shape than last year. After a heavy rain, the lights in one of the bathrooms wouldn't turn on, and the fan in the same bedroom took on a life of its own. Not major issues but something that should be addressed.

  We've been coming to Dillon for Christmas for 27 years now. All but 2 things were great about this rental, the mattresses and the thermostat. You could really use an upgrade on all your mattresses, every morning it was back aches because of the mattresses. One of the beds was even missing a wheel on the frame and had to be propped up with books on site, just to be able to sleep on a flat surface and not a sloped bed. Also, It was so hot in the unit because you couldn't adjust any of the thermostats. We had them all in the off position and still had the doors wide open. Other than those factors it was an enjoyable stay. Please fix those problems and we will stay in your unit every year.

  We stayed over Christmas. We had the amazing view you see in the pictures. The large open great room was perfect for our family of 4 to hang out. The kitchen had everything we needed including a crock pot. The 2 bedrooms are very large. We hardly even used the 3rd bathroom but the add'l towels in there were nice. The fireplace warmed the room very well. There is a knocking/creaking sound that seems due to hot water being used in the building that is heard from the master bedroom that seems to be coming from the ceiling/walls over the master bathroom. Only an issue when trying to sleep but closing the bathroom door helped.
  Everything was clean, plenty of towels, plenty of starter items like trash bags, paper towels, etc.
