Property Description
Lake Dillon Condos 210 is a classic 1 bedroom, 1.5 bath unit located on the second floor with incredible mountain views in the floor to ceiling windows. Sleeps 4. The elevator makes it easy to bring in your bags, gear and groceries. Living room features a 42 inch flatscreen with BlueRay/DVD plus a gas fireplace. Enjoy the covered deck in winter or summer. Free private WiFi and cable with ESPN. Fully-equipped kitchen makes it easy to enjoy meals. Dining area seats 6. Walk down the deck stairs directly to the lawn and lakeshore for winter or summer play. The Summit County Rec Path is just out front for walking or biking. It's even plowed in the winter so you can stroll and enjoy the views.

2 unassigned parking spots in the surface lot. Parking by Permit Only and provided at check-in. Hang from rear-view mirror.

Amenities
Complex has elevator, salt water hot tub, gathering room, pool table, coin-op washers and dryers and shared gas grills. Located on a park with direct access to Lake Dillon. Community grills are located on the ground floor and must be pulled away from building and placed next to grass before usage. Grills must be attended to at all times when in use.

Location
Great central location with easy access to I-70. In the winter it's just 7 minutes to Keystone Resort, 15 minutes to Copper Mountain, Arapahoe Basin or Loveland, 25 minutes to Breckenridge and 30 minutes to Vail. Walk to the Coffee Lab, Pug Ryans brewpub, restaurants and bars at Dillon Ridge or in the Dillon Core and bowling. Enjoy the Lake Loops which are flat, groomed trails for hiking, cross country skiing, fat tire biking and snowshoeing on frozen Lake Dillon from Jan-Mar.

Less than 5 minutes to City Market supermarket, REI, sporting goods, ski/board rental and the Silverthorne Factory Outlets and shops. Free Summit Stage bus service is 2 blocks up the street and goes to all towns, resorts and the outlets.

In the summer walk to the farmers market, summer concerts and marina. Listen to the music at the Dillon Amphitheater from your deck. Next to Marina Park, and near the Dillon Amphitheater and Dillon Marina. On the Summit County Recreation Path which is also plowed in the winter for lakefront walking.

  On the lake, very nice and comfortable
  Only complaint was that it was too hot in the condo. Did have it check out but couldn't do anything unless they turned off the heat. Left it on and opened window and door, which was ok.

  The view of the mountains and lake was amazing and we enjoyed the patio. Overall we had everything we needed for our stay with nice fluffy white bathroom towels and nice kitchen amenities. I would recommend anyone staying to bring your own sleeping pillow. The pillows on the beds were not great.

  Overall the unit is fine. Money needs to be spent to update fixtures, bathrooms, appliances, and the heating units (that were falling apart, dirty, and unsightly). Overall, the unit did the job needed, but needs updated. The property was also very dusty and seemed to need general cleaning upon our arrival.

  Two-night stay for my wife and me in Dillon on a short trip, bust out of the pandemic trip to Colorado. Hotel rooms in Dillon seem to range from mediocre on down, so we decided to splurge and rent a condo for the two nights. Online rental experience with Summit Resorts was great. Nice selection of properties, lots of photos and pricing (in the “mud season”) was not bad. Lake Dillon 210 was a nice condo. Great view of the lake, good parking, walkable to “downtown.” Unit was comfortable and well equipped. Wifi was fast. Kitchen was fine with everything one would need for a longer stay. Place is looking its age a bit and could use a makeover, but not to the point that it was an issue. One mechanical correction needed: thermostats are old and could use replacement with accurate electronic versions. We had to cycle the heat on and off manually. Overall, I would recommend Summit and this Lake Dillon Condos for a stay in the Dillon area.
