Property Description
Lake Dillon Condominiums 111 is a beautiful 1 bedroom, 2 bath condo featuring slab granite counters in kitchen and baths, wood floors, flatscreens throughout and a wonderful covered patio. Sleeps 4. Walk out to the lawn for play or snow fun or hop on the Summit County Recreation path and stroll the lakeshore of Lake Dillon. Stunning lake and mountain views. Comfortable living room features a flatscreen and gas fireplace. Granite dining bar seats 4. Free WiFi and cable. The patio furniture seats 6.

Bedding is triple sheeted with professionally laundered linen.

~ Queen Sofabed in living room uses the full hall bath.

Parking
2 unassigned parking spots in the surface lot. Parking by Permit Only and provided at check-in. Hang from rear-view mirror.

Amenities
Complex has elevator, salt water hot tub, gathering room, pool table, coin-op washers and dryers and shared gas grills. Located on a park with direct access to Lake Dillon. Community grills are located on the ground floor and must be pulled away from building and placed next to grass before usage. Grills must be attended to at all times when in use.

Location
Great central location with easy access to I-70. In the winter it's just 7 minutes to Keystone Resort, 15 minutes to Copper Mountain, Arapahoe Basin or Loveland, 25 minutes to Breckenridge and 30 minutes to Vail. Walk to restaurants, brewpub, bars, nightlife, music/vinyl store, bowling. Enjoy the Dillon Lake Loops which are flat, groomed trails for hiking, cross country skiing, fat tire biking and snowshoeing on frozen Lake Dillon.

Less than 5 minutes to supermarket, REI, sporting goods, ski/board rental and the Silverthorne Factory Outlets. Free Summit Stage bus service is 2 blocks up the street and goes to all towns, resorts and the outlets.

In the summer walk to the farmers market, summer concerts and marina. Listen to the music at the Dillon Amphitheater from your patio. Next to Marina Park, and near the Dillon Amphitheater and Dillon Marina. On the Summit County Recreation Path which is also plowed in the winter for lakefront walking.

  Beautiful and peaceful!!! Great hikes and train ride out of Leadville. Love the Arapaho. But soon to close due to overdevelopment coming. Hope they can stop it!!

  Wonderful stay at Lake Dillon. Condo in perfect location for lake and trail access. Within walking distance of some Dillon restaurants. Condo was nicely stocked with kitchen and other supplies needed, even some old movies to watch. Decor is somewhat dated, but fine. Bathrooms are clean and fine, but showing signs of wear and tear. At night living areas seemed a bit dark, even with the lights on.

  The condo was clean, and had everything we needed . The views are spectacular . It was very spacious and we did use the gas fireplace occasionally. The location couldn’t be better . As for improvement the furniture could be more comfortable for lounging and the mattresses need to be upgraded. That said, we loved Dillon and condo 111. And Liz at the management company was extremely helpful. Thanks to you all And God Bless

  This condo had a great view. Close to the amphitheater and marina. The walking and biking trails were great too! Condo 111 had a well equipped kitchen and we used the gas grill for dinners. The beds although not horrible could use an upgrade.

  We’ve stayed in this unit before and love it. The remodel, kitchen amenities are more than adequate. The only complaints are the coffee pot needs, some of the pillows & hide a bed mattress needs to be replaced and screen door falls off the track easily. You can’t beat the view of gorgeous lake Dillon!

  Condo 111 is absolutely wonderful! The view is exquisite and the condo itself is everything one could ever want. The layout is terrific. The beds are so comfy. The kitchen is so well equipped. The patio and it’s table and grill were so welcome after a day out hiking or bicycling. We stayed here two years ago and will be BAVK!!!
