Property Description
Lake Dillon Condominiums 108 is a ground floor, cleverly designed unit with incredible snow-capped mountain views. Walk out to the patio, snowy play yard, lakeshore and recreation path. This 1 bedroom, 2 bath unit has tile floors in kitchen and bath, wood accents and lake and lodge themed decor. Sleeps 4. Leather furniture in the comfortable living room with a wood fireplace and flatscreen. Free WiFi and cable. Dining table seats 4, kitchen bar seats 4. Patio has seating for 4.

Bedding is triple sheeted with professionally laundered linen.

Parking
2 unassigned parking spots in the surface lot. Parking by Permit Only and provided at check-in. Hang from rear-view mirror.

Amenities
Complex has elevator, salt water hot tub, gathering room, pool table, coin-op washers and dryers and shared gas grills. Located on a park with direct access to Lake Dillon. Community grills are located on the ground floor and must be pulled away from building and placed next to grass before usage. Grills must be attended to at all times when in use.

Location
Great central location with easy access to I-70. In the winter it's just 7 minutes to Keystone Resort, 15 minutes to Copper Mountain, Arapahoe Basin or Loveland, 25 minutes to Breckenridge and 30 minutes to Vail. Walk to restaurants, brewpub, bars, nightlife, music/vinyl store, bowling. Enjoy the Dillon Lake Loops which are flat, groomed trails for hiking, cross country skiing, fat tire biking and snowshoeing on frozen Lake Dillon.

Less than 5 minutes to supermarket, REI, sporting goods, ski/board rental and the Silverthorne Factory Outlets. Free Summit Stage bus service is 2 blocks up the street and goes to all towns, resorts and the outlets.

In the summer walk to the farmers market, summer concerts and marina. Listen to the music at the Dillon Amphitheater from your patio. Next to Marina Park, and near the Dillon Amphitheater and Dillon Marina. On the Summit County Recreation Path which is also plowed in the winter for lakefront walking.

  Is that a great time a little outdated but knew that before we went. did not know that we were not going to be able to have windows open due to the parking lot being asphalted, which smells horrible. We were told only after we arrived. So 2 days visit we were hot at night, we were able to sit on the patio or open windows, which was very discouraging.
  The unobstructive views to the lake with the beautiful green grass was so nice when sitting in the house. No cars or street blocked your view.

  I had a wonderful experience at the Lake Dillon Condos. Great room with an awesome view of the lake. My only negative thing is that they make you check out at 10a. I guess this a condo thing, but it still sucks.

  Unit was clean with amazing views of Lake Dillon. Super comfortable memory foam beds. Unit was nicely equipped and all appliances worked well ( ice machine, dishwasher and fridge). Stove and countertops could be updated but otherwise delightful. Grills are available for use. They had yoga out on the lawn each morning and you could walk to the farmers market on Saturday. Great access to the lake and the trail that circles the lake.
