Property Description
Lake Dillon Condominiums 105 is a fully updated, beautiful 1 bedroom, 2 bath unit that sleeps 4. Well-designed decor with Colorado mountain charm. A blend of modern and vintage furniture. A clever wall with barn doors and shutters separates the Primary Bedroom king bed from the 2 twin trundle and sitting room area. The kitchen features stainless appliances, regular drip coffee maker and slab granite countertops plus a dining table for 4. The wood fireplace in the living room adds to the warm charm of this first floor unit. Free WiFi, leather furniture and flatscreen with cable in living room. Patio opens onto lawn, lake and park for summer play or winter snow fun.

Amenities
Complex has elevator, salt water hot tub, gathering room, pool table, coin-op washers and dryers and shared gas grills. Located on a park with direct access to Lake Dillon. Community grills are located on the ground floor and must be pulled away from building and placed next to grass before usage. Grills must be attended to at all times when in use.

Location
In the winter it's just 7 minutes to Keystone Resort, 15 minutes to Copper Mountain, Arapahoe Basin or Loveland, 25 minutes to Breckenridge and 30 minutes to Vail. Walk to the Coffee Lab. Pug Ryans brewpub, restaurants and bars at either the Dillon Ridge Shopping Center or in the Dillon Core and bowling. Enjoy the Dillon Lake Loops which are flat, groomed trails for hiking, cross country skiing, fat tire biking and snowshoeing on frozen Lake Dillon from Jan-Mar.

Less than 5 minutes walk or drive to City Market supermarket, REI, sporting goods, ski/board rental and the Silverthorne Factory Outlets. Free Summit Stage bus service is 2 blocks up the street and goes to all towns, resorts and the outlets.

In the summer walk to the farmers market, summer concerts and marina. Listen to the music at the Dillon Amphitheater from your patio. Next to Marina Park, and near the Dillon Amphitheater and Dillon Marina. On the Summit County Recreation Path that has 55 miles of paved path and is also plowed in the winter for lakefront walking.

  We love this property! You have beautiful lake Dillon in your backyard surrounded by mountains. It's a great location with biking and hiking trails just steps away. Also a really cool amphitheater, playground and restaurants within walking distance. If you happen to be there on a Friday in the summer, check out the awesome Farmers Market just around the corner.
