Property Description
Lake Dillon Condominiums 104 is a classic and comfortable 1 bedroom, 2 bath condo located on Lake Dillon with awesome mountain views. Sleeps 4. Walk right out to the lawn, the lakeshore and the recreation path in winter and summer. Living room has leather couch, flatscreen and queen sofabed. Condo has free unit WiFi and cable. Lake and southwestern decor accents. Tile baths. Dining area seats 4. Covered patio has seating for 4. Community grills are located on the ground floor and must be pulled away from building and placed next to grass before usage. Grills must be attended to at all times when in use.

Parking
2 unassigned parking spots in the surface lot. Parking by Permit Only and provided at check-in. Hang from rear-view mirror.

Amenities
Complex has elevator, salt water hot tub, gathering room, pool table, coin-op washers and dryers and shared gas grills. Located on a park with direct access to Lake Dillon. Community grills are located on the ground floor and must be pulled away from building and placed next to grass before usage. Grills must be attended to at all times when in use.

Location
Walk to restaurants, cafes, brewpub, bars, nightlife, music/vinyl store. In the winter it's just 5 minutes to Keystone Resort, 15 minutes to Copper Mountain or Arapahoe Basin, 20 minutes to Breckenridge and 30 minutes to Vail. Enjoy the Dillon Lake Loops which are flat, groomed trails for hiking, cross country skiing, fat tire biking and snowshoeing on frozen Lake Dillon and the new lake ice and hockey rink.

Less than 5 minutes to supermarket, REI, sporting goods, ski/board rental and the Silverthorne Factory Outlets. Free Summit Stage bus service is 2 blocks up the street and goes to all towns, resorts and the outlets.

In the summer walk to the farmers market, summer concerts and marina. Listen to the music at the Dillon Amphitheater from your patio. Next to Marina Park, and near the Dillon Amphitheater and Dillon Marina. On the Summit County Recreation Path which is also plowed in the winter for lakefront walking.

  We just have a few cosmetic items for this unit to suggest. 1. the 2 queen beds lacked a bed skirt or cover for the box springs - looked tacky. The curtains in the living room were not clean or they may be too old to clean and may need replaced, and one of the floor radiators was dinged up, again either repair or replace. The front door needs a deadbolt lock. Other than that, the place is such a great location, love the first floor walk out on to the grass by the lake. Kitchen was well stocked with items. we will be back.

  On the Dillon Lake bike path, walking or biking distance to grocery, ampitheater, marina and restaurants. Clean and stocked with what we needed. Also very quiet overall, didn't know we were in a condo setting.

  This is our 4th February in this condo complex. The new kitchen table was a nice addition, and we are looking forward to a new fireplace next year.
  The condo is a good value for a retired couple. The decor is a bit dated, but comfortable and cozy.
  Summit Resort Group and their staff have exceeded our expectations, and are easy to work with.

  Great location on the lake. Base rate was reasonable, but all the added fees made it pretty expensive. Over $300/night. Needed to ask that TP be resupplied.

  What a beautiful place to stay. The view is breathtaking. Loved the grass yard where our kids could run around. The condo was comfortable for my family. The appliances could use updating. The microwave would turn on our Keep running on its own at random times.

  The condo was exceptionally clean and well appointed. We had everything that we needed. The only downside was the pull out sofa bed. It was the most uncomfortable that I have ever slept on. The mattress in unit 106 is much better. I highly recommend unit 104 unless someone needs to sleep on the pull out sofa. Maybe the owners of 104 should ask 106 where they got their mattress.

  Fantastic location. Farmers market was going on next door when we arrived. Was able to stick up on fresh food as soon as we arrived. Walks and bike rides by lake were perfect. Sitting out on patio with family was perfect.
