Property Description
Pet Friendly in Frisco! Cross Creek 308 is a comfortable condo with 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths. Located in the heart of Frisco on the Ten Mile River. Sleeps 8. Fun lodge decor is great for kids. Large kitchen with stainless steel appliances and plenty of prep space. Unit has first and second floors. Comfortable seating in living room with a river rock wood fireplace, flatscreen, free WiFi and cable. Dining table seats 6 and kitchen bar seats 4. Walk out the deck door to the river. Complex has extensive grounds. Private south facing decks overlooking river and Mt. Royal. Washer and dryer in unit. Two entrances -- one on each floor. Unit has an attached 1 car garage plus 1 additional surface parking space. A community grill and picnic table on the river is just in front of the condo. Please Note: Only 2 pets allowed. A $300 Pet Deposit is taken on Arrival and is refunded if no damage is found after check-out inspection.

Bedding
Bedding is triple sheeted with professionally laundered linen.
~ Queen, private bath with deep soaking tub, flatscreen, private deck with two chairs and table in master. Listen to the river at night.
~ Queen and shared deck with the unit next door in 2nd bedroom
~ 2 Twins and window on the river in 3rd bedroom
~ Queen sofabed in living room with half-bath off kitchen.

Amenities
Beautiful clubhouse with indoor-outdoor pool, 2 hot tubs, sauna, billiards, foosball, wet bar and 2 conversation areas. In the summer there is also an outdoor picnic grove and outdoor community kitchen grill area.

Parking
You may park 1 car in the garage. 1 additional overflow surface parking spot (first come, first served) can be found along the perimeter of the complex as well as in the center. Please do not park in front of the stairs.

Location
Just 7 minutes to Copper Mountain, 20 minutes to Breckenridge or Keystone, 25 minutes to Arapahoe Basin or Vail. Easy walk or drive to Main Street shops, restaurants and nightlife. Just minutes away from Whole Foods, Safeway or Natural Grocers on Summit Boulevard in Frisco. The Summit County Recreation/Bike Path is just across Main Street. A beautiful and convenient location.

  The place & amenities were fantastic. Slightly dated- however we don’t care. The furniture was comfy, the location amazing, the view fantastic and the kitchen had everything needed to make all the meals. We all enjoyed the space. The connected garage made it easy to load and unload. Packing was grea, amenities were great. . Though I would advertise that the main part of the pool and the outdoor hot tub are closed durning the winter- we happily made use of the rest of it.

  My family loved staying at this home together. The fireplace and the views of the trees and river right out our windows was beautiful. It was incredible to have our dogs there - the location blocks from Frisco and near a trail was fantastic. The beds were comfy and the living room easy to hang out in, even if not large. The Summit Group were so helpful - giving me updates on the weather (big storm) so we could travel better and extended our checkout by a few hours to help us out when we were jammed as we departed. The only thing I would say (which lowered my rating a bit) was that the sheets were really scratchy and pillows were so flat - bedding just wasn't up to par with the rest of the experience. We actually went out and got some sheets at Walmart for our stay to use. And... the knives (our family loves to cook) were super dull - with no sharpener so it made it hard to cook which was a bummer. Even though there were a few drawbacks, I would definitely rent this place again and recommend it to others! Thank you for our stay~

  We enjoyed our long weekend at Cross Creek. It was below zero outside but we were able to stay warm with the help of the wood burning fireplace (it would have been cold on the main floor without it). The property description was accurate and the place was very clean especially for a dog-friendly property. It was great to be able to take our dog right out the back door. The garage was clutch on such a cold weekend although it would be a little small for anything larger than a RAV4. The property management company was accommodating of early check in for us since the place was unoccupied the preceding night. The place met our needs well and we would happily return.

  The Cross Creek condo worked well for our family and dog for a quick getaway to Frisco! The layout is great for a family and has plenty of space. It's a few blocks from downtown and super quiet along the river. I have never stayed in a rental with so many towels provided - you won't run out! Kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots and pans. It is an older building so the stairs are a bit creaky and narrow. Otherwise, it's in great shape. There are plenty of board games to keep kids entertained.

  We had a great time at this unit in Frisco - plenty of room for our group of 6 and nice layout. Shared amenities in the complex (sauna, hot tub, pool) an added bonus for recovering after a few hard days of skiing. Would definitely stay here again!
