Slab granite kitchen with stainless steel appliances, hardwood floors, tile, carpet, updated lighting, furniture and bathroom fixtures. Beautifully decorated unit has a first and second floor. Flatscreen in living room with a river rock wood burning fireplace, free WiFi and cable. Dining table seats 6 and kitchen bar seats 4. Walk out the deck door to the river. Complex has extensive grounds. Private south facing decks overlooking river and Mt. Royal. Washer and dryer in unit. Two entrances, one on each floor. One car attached garage plus one additional surface parking space. Community grill and picnic table on river. Please Note: Only 2 pets allowed. A $300 Pet Deposit is taken on Arrival and is refunded if no damage is found after check-out inspection.

Bedding is triple sheeted with professionally laundered linen.

Beautiful clubhouse with heated indoor-outdoor pool, 2 hot tubs, sauna, billiards, foosball and 2 conversation areas. In the summer, there is also an outdoor picnic grove and outdoor community kitchen with grills.

Parking
You may park 1 car in the garage. 1 additional overflow surface parking spot (first come, first served) can be found along the perimeter of the complex as well as in the center. Please do not park in front of the stairs.

Just 7 minutes to Copper Mountain, 20 minutes to Breckenridge or Keystone, 25 minutes to Arapahoe Basin, Loveland or Vail. Easy walk or drive to Main Street shops, restaurants and nightlife. Just minutes away from Whole Foods, Safeway or Natural Grocers on Summit Boulevard in Frisco. The Summit County Rec Bike Path is just across Main Street. A beautiful and convenient location.

  We loved our stay at Cross Creek 302. The location is excellent: walking distance to bus to Copper and restaurants and shops on Main St. Great nordic skiing nearby. The creek run right out back and is beautiful. We loved the indoor hot tub, pool and sauna. Lots of room for 6 people. We cooked lots of meals there and had absolutely everything we needed! Great place any time of year.

  Cross Creek 302 was great! The back patio with the creek view was amazing. The property was very clean. The kitchen was well-equipped with plenty of cooking essentials. The pull out couch was useful, but not very comfortable. We enjoyed the clubhouse pool, hot tub and sauna. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, even with the faint background of the interstate at times. Easy walk to main street. Highly recommend this rental and would definitely stay again!

  Overall the stay was a good value.
  
  Pros: In a good location with good amenities. We liked the clubhouse and hot tub! Backs up to a river which was beautiful. Good space for hanging out with group, playing games and cooking. A walk from Frisco shops and restaurants.
  
  Cons: When we arrived the door was not completely closed and unlocked. I didn’t even turn the knob to enter. Was given 2 different codes for the firewood shed and neither worked. There was not even 1 towel for each person staying, much less any extra for utilizing hot tub. The beds are quite hard and uncomfortable. And there were few pillows and they were all quite uncomfortable too. This didn’t allow for a good night sleep after skiing all day.

  The condo was spotless and spacious. The kitchen and bathrooms were beautiful. Everything was well labelled. The mattresses were comfortable and the water pressure in the bathroom was great. We were impressed with the management company who communicated with us frequently. Overall a great experience. The only downsides were the loud noises from upstairs and lack of good mountain view.

  The condo was excellent! Conveniently located, clean and well supplied. Easy to walk to Mail Street and right off I-70. The creek is soothing to listen to and the fireplace burns real wood. Beds were comfortable and the showers great! Would stay there again.
