Property Description
Cross Creek 200 is a big, comfortable 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath condo located in the heart of Frisco on the Ten Mile River. Sleeps 8. This end unit has lots of light and extra windows. Ground floor entrance, attached 1 car garage and second floor bedrooms. Walk right out the deck door to the river. Comfortable seating in the living room that features river rock wood burning fireplace, flatscreen, free WiFi and cable. Fully equipped kitchen with lots of prep space and a large kitchen bar that seats 4. Dining table with outdoor views seats 6. Private south facing decks overlook the river and Mt. Royal. Washer and dryer in the unit for your convenience. Two entrances, one on each floor.

Bedding is triple sheeted with professionally laundered linen.

~ 2 Twins, flatscreen in 3rd bedroom. Shared hall bath for guest bedrooms.

Complex community grill and picnic table on river. For larger gatherings there is also an outdoor picnic grove and community grill area.

Parking
You may park 1 car in the garage. 2 additional overflow surface parking spot (first come, first served) can be found along the perimeter of the complex as well as in the center. Please do not park in front of the stairs.

Just 7 minutes to Copper Mountain, 20 minutes to Breckenridge or Keystone, 25 minutes to Arapahoe Basin or Vail. Just 3 blocks to the Free Summit Stage bus stop that connects all resorts and towns and can give you a quick ride just a few blocks to he heart of Main Street. Easy drive or walk to Main Street shops, restaurants and nightlife. Just minutes away from Whole Foods, Safeway or Natural Grocers on Summit Boulevard in Frisco. The Summit County Recreation/Bike Path is just across Main Street. A beautiful and convenient location.

  We are very satisfied with this property, in fact so pleased that we have rented the same property for the last 30 years. Great location, great views
  And we love the creek ambling along in front of the condo.
  It was a bit difficult this year as we only had one bath and one shower but we have been assured that next year a new bath will be installed so making two baths/shower.

  The location is amazing! It is a 10 minute drive to Copper Mountain, where we skied 4/5 days. The kitchen is well appointed. We liked the 3 separate rooms upstairs. It was nice to have a garage to pull our car into so we didn't have to clean snow off in the morning.
  It could definitely use some updating. The beds were not comfortable; the carpet very warn. The thermostat on the main floor and master suite were terrible...we had a hard time getting it a comfortable temperature; it was either hot or cold.
