Property Description
Cross Creek 102 is a beautiful and spacious 4 bedroom, 5 bath townhouse located in the heart of Frisco close to Main Street. All bedrooms are suites with their own baths. Sleeps 12. Free WiFi and cable. Living room has a river rock gas fireplace, flatscreen, recliner sectional and a stereo system. Fully equipped, slab granite kitchen with large appliances makes cooking easy. Dining room can seat 8 and the kitchen bar seats 3. A great spot for entertaining a crowd. Patio and master deck look out to the river and woods. Patio has furniture that seats 4. Colorado decor used throughout the unit. Lots of windows and light throughout. Located in a grove next to a small stream. This fully equipped townhouse has plenty of room for relaxing, dining and entertaining. Complex has an outdoor picnic grove with community grills and outdoor kitchen.

Parking
You may park 1 car in the garage. Overflow surface parking (first come, first served) can be found along the perimeter of the complex as well as in the center. Please do not park in front of the stairs.

Location
Just 10 minutes to Copper Mountain, 15 minutes to Breckenridge, 20 minutes to Keystone and 25 minutes to Arapahoe Basin mountain resorts. Only 30-45 minutes to Vail and Beaver Creek. Frisco Main Street has many renowned and locally owned restaurants including a brewery. A short walk or drive takes you to the shops and restaurants. The clubhouse has a heated indoor/outdoor pool, 2 hot tubs, sauna, pool table, foosball, a wet bar and two conversation areas with rock fireplaces. Located near the Summit County Recreation Path which offers over 30 miles of paved biking and hiking trails that stretch from Keystone to Copper Mountain and around the shores of beautiful Lake Dillon.

  Our 2 grown children with their families, 3 grandchildren. Kitchen fully stocked. Grills just a short walk across the parking lot by a pond for the kids to throw rocks into. Unit close to hiking, bike rentals, downtown fun, and a neighborhood park within walking distance, or a quick drive.

  We had a great stay, overall, at the Cross Creek condo. One of the site's showers was leaking into the kitchen downstairs making it unusable for the entire stay, but maintainable responded immediately - and were very gracious when I asked them to. one back after we had checked out. The place is an easy walk to downtown Frisco, so even the very unambitious 23 year old and 8 year old were willing to walk regularly. The 2 year old had a great time throwing rocks into the creek that runs right by the area. We typically have issues with the WiFi in Airbnbs, but we had no problems here. It was a great place for 4 families to get together and there was something to do for every age group.

  This home was just perfect for out all-adults group of 8 people. Although it was a tight fit, the garage was large enough for our big (seats 8) SUV. The clubhouse/hot tubs and sauna was right at the door, so closeby. The beds were comfortable and the gas fireplace was great. There was plenty of seating in the dining and living spaces, and it was excellent having a private bathroom for each of the large bedrooms. There were a few maintenance needs (e.g. a stairway post topper is missing on newel post, a switch knob is missing making it difficult to turn on exhaust fan in one bathroom, and the lower dish rack in dishwasher doesn't roll or fit right). It would have been nice to have 2 garage remotes and the lockbox keys weren't quite as nice as having a punchcode lock would have been. But we figured out how to share 2 keys and 1 garage remote across our group of 8 people, and none of the minor maintenance issues detracted from our great stay. Would for sure (YES) stay here again.   I loved the house, but hated the fact there was no centralized air and I missed that fact when I booked the condo unit. This became a problem when the temperature was extremely hot during the day and no wind was blowing at night. My wife was miserable and could not sleep. We opened the windows and the back door, but had to close the door when we went to sleep for safety concerns, as everyone in the building had access to that stairwell. The other bedrooms had larger windows and the guests were from Colorado and was use to not having A/C. The unit was large, well stocked and everyone loved the pool and club hose amenities. Property Management was awesome and easy to work with. Overall we had a great time with our family!

  Great location. Condo was set up perfect. Excellent appliances, silverware, dishes, glasses and cookware. The only thing missing was a toaster/toaster oven. Hot tub and pool right across the street and in excellent condition.
  We only had one issue with the grounds, they need to maintain walk ways. My brother slipped on the ice on a main area and fell, was out for the next day. The ice was about 2” thick so it wasn’t a fluk thing. Other then that, I’d stay here again.

  Enjoyed are stay. Very close to town and skiing. House layout perfect for our family. Comfortable beds. Was disappointing to find out we had no heat in the living area/kitchen and it was not fixed until day before we left. We werent given notice of the situation and were supplied several space heaters hours after check in which we turned off while asleep and out of the house for safety. We were lucky weather was mild after that first night. Overall this house would have gotten a five star review were it not for this.

  Great condo, extremely clean, well located in a quiet location a couple blocks off Main Street in Frisco. Loved the 4 bedrooms/baths upstairs, nice living area, well stocked kitchen, lovely patio although it needed a good cleaning. Picking up and dropping off the keys in Dillon was inconvenient, perhaps the owner should consider a lockbox on the condo for your customers convenience. Otherwise, would not hesitate to rent this unit again.

  My family stayed here for our ski trip. We chose the Frisco location because it is centrally located to the surrounding ski resorts. We had fun skiing in Breckenridge, Vail, Beaver Creek and Keystone. This place is roomy. I love The bunk bedroom that has a set of twin bunk beds and 2 queen beds. We have several kids and they love being able to share room. The kitchen is stocked with pots and pans and a few spices and it was great for us to make dinner when it was too cold to venture out at night.

  This is a spacious and well-furnished condo in a nice location a few blocks from the center of Frisco. The beds are very comfortable. The patio overlooks a creek and the area is quiet with no obvious noise from nearby I70 traffic. However, there is another unit above this unit so you may have some noise from upstairs neighbors as we did. The kitchen is mostly well equipped although there is only a two-slice toaster and no toaster oven. There are plenty of dishes for a large group and a reasonable number of pots and pans for cooking. We had a small problem with the electric stove, which was fixed the same day we reported it to the management company. There is an attached garage; however, the owners provide no remote entry device and will not provide the outside keypad code so you have to go into the house to open the garage from inside, an inconvenience. We spent 10 days here and would happily come back.

  Our condo was beautiful and everything was in excellent condition. The weather made our visit lovely. The only thing that was puzzling to us: two televisions located in two different bedrooms received only two channels. This might need investigating.
