Property Description
Cross Creek 100 is a beautiful and very spacious 4 bedroom, 5 bath townhouse located in the heart of Frisco close to Main Street. End unit full of windows and light. Fully equipped, slab granite kitchen with central island for wonderful prep space. Kitchen bar seats 3. Round dining table surrounded by windows seats 8. River rock gas fireplace, comfortable seating and large flatscreen in living room. Free WiFi, cable TV and board games. One car garage plus surface parking. Patio backs to stream and forest. Large south facing upstairs deck with mountain views. Washer and dryer in unit. This fully equipped townhouse has plenty of room for relaxing, dining and entertaining.

The huge clubhouse has a heated indoor/outdoor pool, 2 hot tubs, sauna, pool table, foosball, a wet bar and two conversation areas with rock fireplaces. Outdoor picnic grove with outdoor community grills, kitchen and lots of seating.

Parking
You may park 1 car in the garage. Overflow surface parking (first come, first served) can be found along the perimeter of the complex as well as in the center. Please do not park in front of the stairs.

Location
Just 10 minutes from Copper Mountain, 15 minutes to Breckenridge and Keystone and 20 minutes to Arapahoe Basin or Loveland mountain resorts. Only 30 minutes to Vail. A short walk takes you to shops and restaurants. Frisco Main Street has many renowned and locally owned restaurants including a brewpub. Located near the Summit County Recreation Path which offers over 30 miles of paved biking and hiking trails that stretch from Keystone to Copper Mountain and around the shores of beautiful Lake Dillon.

  For 12 people, the rental was exactly what we needed in terms of space. Lots of places to lounge around, storage for ski gear, and a decent kitchen to cook. My only suggestion is to switch to digital keys so we don't have to retrieve physical keys 10 minutes away.

  This rental was perfect for our group of 3 families. Everyone had their own rooms with their own bathrooms and the kids shared the 4th bedroom. Great space for gathering without feeling cramped. The hot tub, sauna and pool were awesome. It's a 4 minute walk to the free Summit Stage bus, which so so convenient. We will definitely stay here again.

  Excellent, well-maintained accommodation for me and my out-of-state friends. Super easy access to Copper Mountain and restaurants along Frisco Historic Main Street. Great selection of cooking utensils for eat-in dinners. Comfortable beds. Garage door height is sufficient to park the car with a box on the roof. Only issue we noted was drainage from roof creating massive frozen puddle at garage opening. This is really hazardous for walking and should be corrected!

  We really enjoyed our stay. The number of bedrooms and especially bathrooms was great for a larger group. The condo is nicer than it appears in the photos. Our only issue was with the dryer. Towels were taking forever to dry and I think the lint trap & dryer vent hose need cleaning out. All in all- a great visit!

  We stayed for 3 nights in June with 3 families. This is a beautiful and very spacious and clean townhome. I would say it is better than what the pictures show. Each of the 3 couples had a private master suite and the kids all loved the bunk room which was very large and a good hangout space for them. The pool and hot tub are just outside the front door in a gated area. The pool was quite warm and it was a great place for us to relax after busy days. I would highly recommend this place to larger groups traveling together. If I had any complaint it would be that you have to drive about 10 min away to the rental company location to check in and check out. It wasn’t a huge inconvenience by any means but it would be nice to have a lock box on site as many other rental properties have. We would definitely stay here again if we are in the area!

  We used the home as a family retreat for our adult kids and their wives and another relative whi visited from Denver. We prepared the typical Turkey day feast with all of the sides and desserts. We have done alot of traveling and cooking wherever we stay and are always concerned with kitchen equipment and serving ware. This was one of the best stocked kitchens ever! It had everything we needed and more! The house was perfect for our needs and fit all of us comfortably. Especially liked a bathroom for each bedroom. Summit was great and we had no issues. Would stay again with no reservations.

  The rental was the perfect size to accommodate my whole family. Every body loved how they all had their own bathroom in every room and an extra one on main level. It had plenty of seating to accommodate too. The scenery out side the windows was stunning. Three decks was great. Two things not so happy about, the water for showers was chill to luke warm, never got hot. The grill was rickety and barely standing. It was falling apart and filthy. Obviously hadn't been cleaned in awhile.

  This unit is in a great location and has plenty of room for a large family.
  However, this unit is in need of a good deep cleaning. There were numerous light switches etc with smudges and finger prints. My wife wiped them down with a clorox wipe. There are cob webs hanging from light fixtures. The floors and carpet need cleaning. Our feet and socks were dirty from
  walking around inside the unit. The garage floor is full of dirt and needs swept out otherwise people entering the unit from the garage will drag in the dirt and sand.
