Property Description
Pet friendly Cinnamon Ridge II 6 is nicely updated and furnished in a contemporary style. This 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo sleeps 6 and is just a 6 minute walk on the boardwalks across the wetlands to the Mountain House base area lifts and about 8 minutes to the ski/ride school. You can also shuttle or drive to the resort. Views of Keystone Mountain, river and wetlands. Living room has comfortable seating, flatscreen and wood fireplace. Free WiFI and cable. Fully-equipped kitchen has granite countertops and stainless appliances. Washer and dryer in unit for convenience. Dining table seats 6. Large deck overlooks the valley. Recreation/bike path right out the door. South facing and full of light. Cinnamon Ridge boasts a great combination of location to the slopes, with comfortable accommodations at an affordable price. Close to the Black Mountain Lodge and Ski Tip Lodge wedding venues. Please Note: Only 2 pets allowed. A $300 Pet Deposit is taken on Arrival and is refunded if no damage is found after check-out inspection.

Parking
Undesignated, surface parking spaces for 2 cars is available on a first come, first serve basis. Parking passes for your 2 vehicles in the unit. Display in vehicle.

Location
Walk or shuttle to the Keystone slopes and ski/ride school. Arapahoe Basin is just 5 minutes away, Breckenridge, Copper Mountain or Loveland 25 minutes and Vail 35 minutes. Located along the Snake River near beaver ponds. Walk or shuttle to nearby restaurants and River Run Village restaurants, shops and snowsport rentals. In summer enjoy festivals and events at River Run Village, mountain biking, cycling, golf at two championship courses, hiking, horseback riding, kids activities at Keystone Lake and more. Winter resort activities include tubing, ice skating, sleigh rides and events. Near the Keystone wedding venues and Black Mountain Lodge at Arapahoe Basin. Safety features include smoke and carbon monoxide detectors in unit, deadbolt and outdoor lighting.

  The condo was very clean and well stocked with cooking materials. The disposal wasn't useable b/c the pipes in the building are old, but that wasn't a problem for us. The location was great and we walked to the slopes each morning (but that was easier b/c there was almost no snow this year - not sure how the walk would be if there was a lot of snow). There were 4 of us and it was comfortable. Lovely deck and view of the ski mountain.

  Loved the view from the back bedroom and the balcony! The kitchen had all we needed and more. The living room was comfortable for us. We could have used some fans, it was a bit warm for sleeping even with windows open. The clothes dryer takes a very long time. We enjoyed the unit a lot.

  This was a nice 2 bedroom 2 bath condo at Keystone. Very clean and dog friendly with a nice balcony and the kitchen had well stocked cabinets with full range of cooking materials and ingredients. You can walk to the Peru lift, but we were lazy so just drove 1/2 mile to the main parking lot near the Gondola at River Run.
