Cinnamon Ridge III C312 is a comfortable and spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit with amazing mountain and valley views. Sleeps 6. Just a 6 minute walk on the boardwalks across the wetlands to the Mountain House base area lifts and about 8 minutes to the ski/ride school. You can also shuttle or drive to the resort. Views of Keystone Mountain, the Snake River and wetlands. Vaulted ceilings in this top floor unit let in lots of light. Large flatscreen, gas fireplace and lots of seating in the living room. Free WiFi and cable. Large private south-facing deck that overlooks Keystone Mountain. Fully equipped kitchen with kitchen bar seating for 4. The dining table seats 6. Two complex hot tubs overlook the slopes, river and valley. Washer and dryer in the unit for convenience. A quiet summer retreat right on the recreation path. Near to the summer wedding venues: Arapahoe Basin's Black Mountain Lodge and Keystone's Ski Tip Lodge. Easy walk, bike, shuttle or drive to the Keystone Conference Center, Keystone Stables, River Run Gondola and Keystone Bike Park.

Located in Keystone Resort. No pets allowed. Walk or shuttle to restaurants, shops, ski/board/bike rentals, nightlife and spa. Walk or shuttle to the mountain. Just 5 minutes to Arapahoe Basin, 25 minutes to Breckenridge or Copper Mountain. Winter resort activities include ice skating, tubing, sleigh rides and events at Warren Station. Near the Keystone wedding venues and Black Mountain Lodge at Arapahoe Basin. The recreation path which connects to all Summit County towns and resorts is just out the door. In summer enjoy the festivals at River Run Village, mountain biking, golf, hiking, watersports on Keystone Lake, horseback riding and more.

  Overall a great stay. Unit has an excellent location for walkable access to the Mountain House base area. Place was on the basic side but was clean and well stocked except for laundry soap and bedding for the sofa bed. Could have used some extra towels for hot tub use too. Super easy check out was nice! Would recommend and use this rental agency again.

  The 2 bedroom condo, complete with kitchen, gas fireplace, 2 baths, balcony, and outdoor hot tub was very nice and cozy. Very convenient location with walking distance to a Keystone lift, lodge & shops! Not to mentions short walking distances to Pizza and Breakfast restaurants, small grocery store, and snow equipment rentals! Close to A-Basin also! Very satisfied with our 2 night stay!

  Cinnamon Ridge III C312 was an excellent getaway close to the slopes. The resort staff were very helpful when we couldn’t find our parking pass. The place isn’t exactly ski in/ski out, but it’s close enough to walk. Our biggest complaint was that the hot tub was and has been out of commission for a while (with no reopening date)... I think that should have been in the description of the rental.

  Great place for two friends to stay while in town skiing. In the best way possible, this is not a fancy place to stay, but so comfortable and easy to relax. Plenty of room, individual bedrooms and bathrooms, and a comfortable couch to watch the fire. Only recommendation would be to add a bluetooth speaker as the 1990 radio had no hookup for iPhones. Location is walkable in snowboard boots but might be a little far in ski boots, but still incredibly close to the lifts which is a real bonus. I'd definitely recommend this place and when I come back to Keystone this is the first place I'll look to rent. Thanks!

  The unit itself was in excellent condition. The only real issue was the "hot tub". There were two on the property. One was empty, the other was warm (not hot) and only 2 water jets worked. It was also chained closed during "open hours" on one day. Beware the 25% fees/commissions when booking via Vrbo/Expedia.

  The location of the condo has a fantastic view of Keystone. It is only a short walk to the mountain. The unit was clean and had all the necessary kitchen pots, pans and dishes to make meals when we didn’t want to go out to eat. The condo management company was great with communication as to key pickup and where unit was located. The condo had 2 bathrooms and a washer and dryer. We would definitely stay here again.   The Condo was great and the rental company provided good customer service! The kitchen had every thing we needed to make breakfast and dinner. The beds were comfortable. (didn't use pull out couch) All rooms were clean. Loved the keyless entry! Would definitely stay here again. Walk up to top floor not a problem, even after a long day on slopes. Skied at Arapaho Basin - about 10 min. drive.
