Stainless steel appliances in the fully equipped kitchen with drip coffee maker. Dining table seats 8. Full size washer and dryer in unit for convenience. Private deck with dining table for 4, side table for 2 and two Adirondack chairs.

Clubhouse has a very large community hot tub with nearby table and chairs. The clubhouse lobby provides an additional space with comfortable furniture, rock fireplace, an upright piano and work desk. Roam the multiple decks with seating areas and enjoy the community picnic table.

The recreation path is just out the door. Walk or bike to Lake Dillon, bike to Keystone, the Town of Dillon or all of the towns and resorts in Summit County. Fish at the Snake River Inlet to Lake Dillon which is nearby -- a very popular fly and lure fishing area. Enjoy festivals, concerts and events in Dillon or Keystone -- both less than 5 minutes away. Walk to the Cala Inn, Last Chance Pizza, The Pour House coffee, The Bottle Shop wine and liquor, Little Flower Shop and Cove Bike and Ski. Just a 5-7 minute drive to City Market, REI, The Coffee Lab, True Blue Coffee, Christy Sports, Sun and Ski Sports, Pioneer Sports, cinema, restaurants, brewpubs and the Silverthorne Factory Outlets. A wonderful, quiet location in Key West Farms with easy access.   My family and I loved this place. Lots of room for everyone, privacy, great views, clean. We had so much fun watching the sunsets on the deck, grilling dinner with a drink in hand!
  We had 3 cars, so that was a problem as there is tandem parking for 2, and we had to park the 3rd car way far away in Dillon. But otherwise - perfection!
