Property Description
Anchorage West 64 is a garden level 3 Bedroom, 2 Bath condo that is located on Lake Dillon. Sleeps 6. Incredible mountain and lake views from the floor to ceiling windows in the living area. Comfortable living room with flatscreen and Roku plus a gas fireplace. Free WiFi. Fully-equipped kitchen with bar that seats 3. Dining table extends to seat 8. This south facing condo is full of light. Large covered private deck can be used year-round. Walk right out to the lakefront. Ski locker outside the front door. Easy walk to the new hot tub!

Bedding is triple sheeted with professionally laundered linen.

Amenities
Hot tub open year-round with views of the lake and mountains. Summer-only heated pool overlooks the lake with mountain views and patio furniture. Bike rack in carport area.

Parking
2 Parking spaces. 1 covered assigned parking spot in the lower parking area off of the 4th driveway. It is located below the overflow parking in the fenced lot. 1 additional parking space is allowed in the overflow lot.

Location
In the summer take an easy flat walk along the shore or footpath to the Dillon Marina, Tiki Bar and the Dillon Amphitheater. On the Summit County Recreation/Bike path that goes all around the lake and to every town and resort. A wonderful central location. Near Dillon Beach which has SUP and kayak rentals.

In the winter it's just 7 minutes to Keystone, 15 minutes to Arapahoe Basin or Copper Mountain, 20 minutes to Breckenridge. Just 30 minutes to Vail. Less than 5 minutes to City Market, REI, snowsport rental, sporting goods, restaurants, brewpub, cinema, bowling, nightlife. Less than 5 minutes to the Silverthorne Factory Outlets. Enjoy the new Dillon Lake Loops which are flat, groomed trails for hiking, cross country skiing, fat tire biking and snowshoeing on frozen Lake Dillon.

Skiing, snowboarding, AT skiing, and split-boarding offer exciting thrills, while snowshoeing and cross-country skiing provide peaceful exploration.   This was the perfect location for the gathering of family members. We were in a lovely property that was actually too well stocked with plates, glassware, silverware, pots, and pans. Our only disappointment was with beds. The size of the bed in the third bedroom was too small for two adults and the beds in both this bedroom and the master bedroom were too soft.

  The view was incredible, the place was spacious and cozy, and it was an easy drive to get to different places. We also got great use out of the deck and walking trail along the lake. Only complaint is that the beds were a little uncomfortable and the 2nd bedroom with the queen bed was more like a full-sized bed.

  The view here is spectacular, seen from inside and from the expansive deck. Close to hiking trails and conveniences, with easy access to Breckinridge and Keystone. Condo is comfortable and has what we needed. Just looking at the lake and mountains is food for the soul.

  Three of us went on a ski trip this February and I found this rental at a reasonable price. The condo was very spacious we each had our bedroom and used the bathrooms in the hall. We never had to adjust the thermostat, since the temp was perfect. The views of the frozen lake with the mountains on the background were great. We skied in Keystone and Breck, both within easy drive.

  Every year we have a family ski weekend, this year it was at Copper.The property is clean and Summit Resort Group is lovely to work with - this is our third visit!!
  This condo is an easy 'commute' to Copper (as well as Keystone, A-Basin, Breck to name a few!), and it spaciously accommodated our family of 6. The kitchen has everything you need! We like how the bedrooms are separated from the main living area, which was great for our little grandchild to go to bed early and have some quiet.

  Location and convenience to water and activities was superb. Beds in unit are very uncomfortable, mattresses are due for replacement. There was so much furniture in the unit it was cumbersome. Dining chairs also really uncomfortable and need replacement. Kitchen was well stocked and easy to use. Shower was ok but not that clean in primary bedroom area. Deck was great, unit was mostly quiet at night. We had a lovely time, would really have liked some furniture updates, especially mattresses.

  This was our second stay at Anchorage West 64 - and it was perfect for our family ski weekend! The condo is great for families as the bedrooms are off the main living area and can be closed for quiet and privacy. The view of Lake Dillon is beautiful! The proximity to the ski resorts and fun activities is easily accessible. The unit was clean and the kitchen well supplied! And the customer service at Summit Resort Group is outstanding! The staff knows the property and has great recommendations for other activities to do in the area - Tracy was a pleasure to talk to, as well as Mike - they know how to make their customers feel welcome!

  The view, the living room with the recliner, and the kitchen were all wonderful and made for a great stay. The beds and pillows were incredibly stiff and thin though which led to not the most comfortable sleep. Unfortunately the hot tub was more of a warm tub our 2nd night which was quite disappointing.

  Anchorage West 64 is an excellent location for a family ski weekend! The condo is spacious, clean and the kitchen is stocked with all the tools and more that you need. The most outstanding feature are the beautiful floor to ceiling windows that overlook Lake Dillon and the mountains!There are doors that separate the main living room from the bedrooms that allow for quiet and privacy - nice for those who like to sleep in! Very convenient drive to Keystone.
